Perry Gentle was very good helping me to decide on the particular car I wanted to purchase and made the process run very smooth. James Earl did an excellent job of taking me though the different function on the new car.

I got the car I wanted with the price flexibility I needed. I should not have assumed that M-Sport means the car has side mirrors that fold in and out on a button touch in the car or on the key fob, that was a small disappointment on the spec

I pre-booked a 'while you wait' differential oil service which turned out taking nearly 3 hours! This is not an acceptable level of service for a job which should take less than 1 hour.

Initially I had poor communication from the first service advisor as her commitment was not aligned to being of service however after her colleague took over he was great and listened to what my concerns were about my M5 and integrity was resored.
