After swapping the wheels with winter for summer tyres the pressures were evidently not checked as I had tyre pressure warning with the back left tyre showing pressure of 1.5 bar instead of recommended 2.6 which the other 3 tyres were.

The complementary wash wasn't done to a high standard & various points on the car were totally missed, meaning I had to take it to a paid car wash afterwards! Don't offer this service if you don't have attention to detail. This has happened before.

All was going well until when having a tyre replaced the tyre supplier had sent Group 1 the incorrect tyre size - meaning a trip home & trip back to the garage 5 hours later. Adviser Ellie was v helpful throughout & applied a discount to the invoice

I asked when checking in the car if they normally check the tyre pressure, since I knew it was low on 2 tyres and was told it was usual for them to do. They didn't do it amor did it the previous time. Just irksome.

Very happy with the experience with the sales executive (Jowan Long) - he built an easy rapport with us and put us at our ease, and was very informative and helpful. My only regret is that it seemed to take a great deal if time for the VRN to arrive.

The oil change took 2 hours 30 min. There is a recall for the car. The car has been booked in for a service for two months but you could not do the recall because parts were not available. 45 min drive each way.

You wished to charge me £92.50 to replace a windscreen wiper. I nearly gave u a 3 star rating because of this. I purchased 2 for £38 and fitted them in 5 minutes . I thought the service overall was expensive 450 for filters and oil.

Dealer didn't know the car had a live approved used warranty in place so could not discuss the donut replacement as being covered by a warranty . I am now pursuing this having paid for the drive train donut replacement and fitting, warranty confirmed
