I got the car I wanted with the price flexibility I needed. I should not have assumed that M-Sport means the car has side mirrors that fold in and out on a button touch in the car or on the key fob, that was a small disappointment on the spec

Car was with you for nearly a month. I appreciated the updates from Jason and the work of Luke to fix what was a baffling issue with the charging. The input from BMW itself was disappointing and caused the delay in finding a fix.

Appointment rescheduled at last minute as the garage had not ordered the replacement parts. I was told a visual inspection of the vehicle would take place but it didn't which caused complications. I was charged for a courtesy car.

Satisfied because they fitted me on the day although there was confusion as to whether I should have been at Group 1 at Rustington. The receptionist was very helpful. Annoyed to find the cream leather driver's seat had a large oil stain on it.

I booked the car in for mot, brake fluid & wheel repair I was told to drop off AM, pick up PM but the wheel wasn't done until day 2. I was supposed to go into the office. Had I have known It would have been OK. Lack of internal internal comms.

After swapping the wheels with winter for summer tyres the pressures were evidently not checked as I had tyre pressure warning with the back left tyre showing pressure of 1.5 bar instead of recommended 2.6 which the other 3 tyres were.

The complementary wash wasn't done to a high standard & various points on the car were totally missed, meaning I had to take it to a paid car wash afterwards! Don't offer this service if you don't have attention to detail. This has happened before.

All was going well until when having a tyre replaced the tyre supplier had sent Group 1 the incorrect tyre size - meaning a trip home & trip back to the garage 5 hours later. Adviser Ellie was v helpful throughout & applied a discount to the invoice

I asked when checking in the car if they normally check the tyre pressure, since I knew it was low on 2 tyres and was told it was usual for them to do. They didn't do it amor did it the previous time. Just irksome.
