Overall, happy but just want to mention, I collected my car on Wednesday but it wasn't fully ready as I had to come back in on Saturday to get sat nav sorted. Also, I feel the interior windows were not cleaned properly as they're very smeared

I would give a higher mark for the input from Ellie Wheeler and for the supply FoC of a back up vehicle via Enterprise but the overall feeling is one of disappointment due to one part of BMW is not effectively communicating with another

I had a service arranged, I reported that I had some vibration at over 80mph. Despite of mentioning this multiple times, this was not checked and I have to book another day for it. Why not to do it on the same day?

Left after 41/2 hour wait and still ll had an advisory stating had to check tyre pressures - as I have arthritis in both hands, shoulder, hips etc it is very hard for me to check my own tyre pressures - felt this should have been done during service

Booked the car in as we only had it for a week with water ingression in the headlamps and two tears in the seats. When we arrived they thought we were booked in for a tyre split and to look at the car.

Car diagnosed with faulty rear suspension air compressor. Not what i expected on a 6 year old car at 55k miles. Service team submitted a goodwill clam and vey pleased parts were supplied by BMW saving me £1000 + in parts.

The car arrived on time and as ordered. I was kept advised of progress from manufacture to delivery. The salesman was very good and explained the working of the car when I collected it.
