Excited at becoming first time BMW owners! The test drive and ordering process was very smooth and fulfilled all our needs. We were well looked after. Sadly 'Just in time' processes overshadowed car handover day. So far the electric car is great.

MOT slot time booked online for 10.00 am, advisor rang to confirm I was attending but at 1.00pm, Service advisor amended to the correct time. Other than that everything was excellent

Generally satisfied with the work. I wasn't very happy with the oil stains on the drivers mat though - it took me an hour+ to scrub off & then 2 days for the mat to dry. The service techs should have used paper mat protectors (& seat protectors)

My car's problem (distorted brake discs) was not strictly a warranty item, but since it was clearly not my fault, BMW replaced the parts without charge.

I detached a major O/S rear suspension problem which was confirmed by BMW technicians. The replacement parts were ordered and fitted even though the car was in the garage over 3 day bank holiday weekend. The car was return early on Tuesday

Having been a customer for over 30 years I could not believe the hostile attitude that I was shown when I raised a simple question about a trivial amount of £16.67 that I thought should have been taken off my bill and a small scratch on a wheel.

only needed air bag as part of recall..and i was only expecting this to be checked..brighton checked the under side of the car.. as well as filling the wind screen wash which was running low and the car was washed and hoovered.. above and beyond!!

I was disappointed that the Courtesy car was electric and as I have no experience with an electric car I had to decline it and get someone to pick me up and drop me back. I think you should point this out when one is requested.

Everything great. However surprised to find last year's MOT at this garage incorrectly entered on the gov.uk website as a fail. Hence driving for one year with no MOT! Grateful for the renewal this year at no charge.

The salesman/engineer wanted to charge me £240 just for analysis of the drive train issue indicated on the dashboard. That's unjustified in my opinion, when the car was already there for the latest safety recall issue.

Very expensive service. I didn't get the usual video showing me tye wear on tyres, brake pads etc. The complementary car wash feels just like a token gesture as for the 2nd year running there was dirt left on the vehicle in many areas.
