I got the car within a week, phone connected immediately - only issue was signing documents remotely with ID but we got there in the end.

The experience l had at BMW Brighton was fantastic, the best customer service lv had from a car dealership,very polite, professional, helpful took their time with me didn't feel rushed at all. Wow loved it. Ian james and Jan Phillips fantastic.

The car arrived on time and as ordered. I was kept advised of progress from manufacture to delivery. The salesman was very good and explained the working of the car when I collected it.

Ran out of room in the room where customers can use an office/desk - there were about 4 people needing to work and only 2 desks. Also the call I received initially to book in which was a recorded message I thought was a bit rude.

Service was very good. When it was Chandlers it was extremely frustrating and an unpleasant experience. For example, I particularly did not like being spoken to like a 5 year old. It has improved enormously.

Easy to arrange, and check in, online. Fuss free handover of my car and I was sent a vehicle healthcheck on my phone whilst I was waiting. The MOT was completed before the expected time, although the wait was pleasant - good magazines and coffee!!

My car went in for a full service on 07/01/25. Just 2 months later I was told I needed another full service! The notes recorded by the service dept on 'check-in' were NOT looked at. Some cost was deducted but I remain unhappy

Increasing the price for the service by £65 on the day is not an acceptable way to treat customers. When I questioned the reason I was given some vague reasons about parts and then the price was dropped to my original quote. Service itself was fine.

Recall work was necessary following a message appearing in the vehicle as I drove to Group 1 and that was sorted out during the visit. Although the vehicle was kept for an additional couple of days, I had a loan car so it was not an inconvenience.

I had asked for the engineer to check why my battery is draining (a little) while stationary. They weren't able to diagnose what was wrong. I said I'd return it to them if it continued. I was disappointed that the car wasn't cleaned before collection

3* based on the length of time for a brake fluid change - I was told up to 1.5 hours & it was over 2 hours. The visual car checks are helpful - thank you - albeit the technicians talk far too quickly - you have to watch it 3 times to get it all.

Bit miffed that didn't get the video the next day telling me that an exhaust bracket was loose. Why not tell me the same day and I would have instructed the repair there and then. Now have hastle of rebooking
