I was very satisfied. Marcus made the whole experience feel special and with a sense of occasion. Marcus along with Amer helped me to gain a refund from a previous GAP insurance deal which helped greatly towards the cost of the present insurance.

Great service as always from Amer. Whole purchase experience was smooth and stress free with regular updates. Thorough handover too which was important as this is our first EV. Amer was very knowledgeable and helpful about charging etc.

No one ever updates you as to progress. On this occasion Steve in bodyshop called me on Wednesday (taken in on Monday) to advise they would need it until Friday. Thereafter I heard nothing from anyone. Car eventually finished Wednesday in week two.

Staff were always friendly when we spoke to them, but there was frequently no one answering the Service Centre phones, our service advisor was reassigned to the Mini service desk and unfortunately the part we were waiting on was delayed

I liked it that you contacted me to arrange my car service but you contacted me twice to arrange the service when I had all ready made the arrangement. I also started receiving automated phone calls which were not helpful and annoying.

The repair cost me £250 on the insured warranty and the issue is exactly the same as before I brought the car in. I complained about a steering knock and the suspension to mounts were replaced.

'While-you-wait' MOT test took 3hrs 20 mins to complete. No additional work required and I was not kept informed as to the reason for the delay. No paperwork or verbal report on tyre tread depths provided. No 'vehicle health check' video provided.

You need to be accurate when you quote a customer on the phone. I was charged completely differently than the price I was quoted on the phone for a standard brake fluid change.

Other than an inaudible video, no progress report throughout the day. I received an answerphone message at 17:40 to say the car was ready. You close at 18:00 and I live an hour's drive away! Unlike other dealerships, the car wasn't cleaned inside.
